1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy is applicable to the processing of personal data of users who use ADSVIU through its website or mobile applications and other electronic devices (the “Users”). 2. Purposes and legal basis for data processing

Personal data of Users in ADSVIU will be processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

Outside ADSVIU’s area of activity, personal data may be communicated to the relevant authorities in the performance of their duties.

4. Retention of personal data

Concerning the personal data of Users who do not register with ADSVIU, the only data that will be kept is that relating to their browsing, as indicated in the Cookies Policy. In relation to the personal data of registered and active Users in ADSVIU, their personal data will be kept until the User cancels or requests the deletion of their personal data. After such deletion, your personal data may be retained for a maximum period of 6 years, and duly blocked for the necessary duration to meet any kind of legal or contractual liability (for example, until the statute of limitations of the liability that may arise from the regulations on data protection). However, the personal data of registered Users who are not active in ADSVIU will be kept for one year, to be counted as from the last access, and if the User does not state otherwise, the account will be deleted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the User -registered or not- has accepted to receive commercial communications from ADSVIU, his/her data may continue to be processed for this purpose until the User requests cancellation or exercises his/her right to oppose or revoke his/her consent.

7. Users’ data protection rights

Furthermore, Users have the right to file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) to claim the exercise of their rights or any other issue related to the protection of their personal data.
